Refund Policy

At Rumartly LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality design, development, and marketing solutions. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. This policy explains when refunds may be granted:


1. Completed Projects

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once a project has been delivered and approved, refunds are typically not issued unless previously agreed upon.


2. Custom Design & Development Services

  • Before Work Begins: You may request a full refund if no work has started.

  • In Progress: A partial (prorated) refund may be provided based on work completed.

  • After Completion: No refunds are available once final deliverables have been sent.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@rumartly.com with:

  • Your project or service name

  • A brief explanation of the refund request

  • Any relevant files or communication

We review each request individually. If approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.


4. Non‑Refundable Costs

The following items are non‑refundable:

  • Third-party tools, plugins, domains, or licenses purchased on your behalf

  • Hosting or email services after setup

  • Any additional out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Rumartly LLC during the project


5. Policy Updates

Rumartly LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Updates will be posted at www.rumartly.com and take effect immediately.
