🐾 Why Most Grooming Brushes Don’t Work
❌ The Problem 😿
Most pet brushes pull fur, scratch sensitive skin, and make grooming uncomfortable.
That’s why many cats and dogs try to run away, hide, or get stressed the moment they see a brush.
😔 The Emotion (What Pet Parents Feel)
As pet parents, we often don’t realize we’re causing discomfort.
Seeing your pet anxious or scared during grooming can make you feel guilty and helpless — because all you want is to care for them the right way.
✅ The Solution 🐶✨
This gentle grooming brush is designed to remove loose hair without pulling or hurting sensitive skin.
The soft, smooth teeth feel more like a relaxing massage — helping your pet stay calm, comfortable, and happy during grooming.
💖 Less stress for your pet
🧹 Less hair around your home

One Part of Combatting FleasRated 5 out of 5Summer is almost here, and the fleas are back with a vengeance. No amount of monthly meds or over the counter sprays (for the house and yard) work to get rid of fleas completely, and it’s always so frustrating. And it’s always necessary to do regular flea combing, to help alleviate my guy’s itching. These combs work well on my 60lb lab, and are one part of keeping him and the house clean and free free.

Works Great and My Cats Actually Tolerate ItRated 5 out of 5This brush is such a steal for the price and works way better than I expected. I’ve got three cats and one Frenchie, and this thing pulls out so much loose fur without making them squirm or run off. The long and short teeth combo gets through their coats really well, especially for my fluffier cat who usually mats easily. It feels sturdy and doesn’t snag, and I love that the handle is comfy to hold during longer grooming sessions. Honestly, for under $10, this is now a go-to in my pet drawer.

Finally found the purrfect cat comb!Rated 5 out of 5This pet hair comb is a savior, fantastic! My cats absolutely love being brushed with it. I can see how much loose hair I’m getting from them, making them feel so much better and less shedding around the house. I love that the hair comes right out with a push of the button, done and gone.

Good deal for two combsRated 5 out of 5This two pack of combs comes with a fine flea comb and a de-shedding comb. Both combs have a button to push out the fur and fleas, but Michiko kitty (or the other four kitties!) does not (thankfully!) have fleas!
These combs actually feel like they’re fairly solidly built and not like the flimsy dollar store ones. There is also a clear plastic storage case.
Since Michi is older, she is much more sensitive to having her fur pulled when she is brushed now. She usually prefers wire slicker brushes over the rake style combs but was fine and enjoyed being brushed with these two combs.
The human servants tasked with daily grooming of these five cats, like the push button feature to clean the brushes!

This set of combs work great on my dogs.Rated 5 out of 5This is just great, ordered two and it works so well on both my corgi’s. It combs easy, gets that under coat and the release lets the hair drop from the comb each time. My dogs love being combed now. Came the next day, great price, love the way it works. I highly recommend this for anyone who has dogs. Very pleased.

Easy-to-clean combs for removing fleasRated 4 out of 5Flea comb – 4 stars (meets my expectations)
I have 6 furry pets in my household, so fleas are a fact of life we have to deal with from time to time. Flea baths alone don’t kill the eggs, and I can’t reasonably bathe my pets every day, so it’s helpful to have flea combs as part of my treatment routine to comb out eggs and adult fleas in-between treatments.
PROS: This product is a great value, as you get two combs in a nice little hard plastic storage case for a very reasonable price. They can be cleaned in water without rusting, and they have a convenient button you can push to remove fur and debris from the comb in one step. The tines are set finely enough that fleas won’t easily slip through, but the brush is still easy to comb through pets’ fur.
CONS: There were no instructions included to indicate what the specific function is of the green brush, which has varying-length teeth that are a bit wider set. I’m still glad to have both, but I wish I knew what that one is specifically meant to do. Also, this is a bit picky of me, but I wish the button to clean the combs was set a little lower. I have a hard time reaching the button with my thumb if I’m gripping the handle, and otherwise it’s hard to get leverage to push it without blocking the part that comes out to push off the hair.
Overall, this is a nice product for dealing with fleas on your pets. The product description mentions lice as well; I can’t see why this couldn’t also be used for people to treat lice!

Works good, too big for using around my cats faceRated 4 out of 5I like these combs but I wish there was a smaller one. I couldn’t get the fur combed out around my long haired cat’s face because the combs are too big. I got the rest of her combed out, though and it was so much easier than having to stop frequently to remove the loose fur.
I can use one hand to comb and push the button to pop off the loose fur and go right back to combing. I have had better luck with combs for her fur instead of brushes which clog up.
I also tried these combs on my dogs and they worked great at getting the tangles out under their ears. The size was perfect there. Even better is that you get 2 combs. They seem pretty sturdy and held up to multiple animals that I tested them on.

Excellent comb and great priceRated 5 out of 5These combs were really good if you are treating your dog for fleas. There are two combs, one for dogs with a double coat and one for dogs with a single layer coat. After you run the comb through the dog’s fur, press the button on top and presto! The fleas and flea debris are right there. Have a bowl of water handy and place the fleas and debris into water. This comb works really well if you have just treated.the animal with a topical treatment where the fleas start dying right away. The price was great and the product exceeded my expectations.

Work great, and the self-cleaning mechanism makes cleanup a breeze!Rated 5 out of 5These self-cleaning fine tooth combs are a fantastic choice for pet grooming! They are sturdy and simple to use, making them perfect for both short-haired and long-haired pets. If your pet has a longer coat, it’s best to detangle with a slicker brush first. One comb has fine teeth, while the other has a mix of long and short metal teeth, giving you options for different grooming needs. The rounded ends of the teeth are gentle, helping to remove dirt and dander without hurting your pet’s skin. The comfy ergonomic handles make it easy to groom for longer periods without straining your hands. And the highlight of these combs is their self-cleaning feature. Just press a button, and they’re clean and ready for use again!

Great combRated 5 out of 5These flea combs are reasonably priced and convenient. There is a button that releases any hair or debris that gets caught on the comb and it works well.
I like that they came in a little box. There is a slight difference between the tines of the combs that I wasn’t sure about. On one the times are one length and the other comb had offset tines. I’m not sure if it’s meant for different hair types or what.
Overall I was happy with these combs.

Nice set of flea and shedding self cleaning pet combsRated 5 out of 5This set of 2 self cleaning pet combs is exactly as described. I love the pale yellow & green colors & the quality looks good. Each comb comes sealed in a plastic bag and the two combs fit into a small clear plastic case (they looked like they wouldn’t fit but when you put them in diagonally and then put one in the opposite direction from the other they fit nicely). The yellow comb is meant for removing fleas as it has teeth of the exact same length that are evenly spaced. The green comb has teeth that alternate in longer & shorter lengths and that comb is meant for removing excess fur.

Good for pets with long furRated 4 out of 5These combs are larger overall than the typical flea comb. Good quality. The teeth are long, making this set a good choice for pets with longer hair or fur. The cleaning button is a nice feature and works smoothly. The two combs come in a plastic case for storage.

Best comb for Exotic shorthair.Rated 5 out of 5I wish I could give these ten stars. I have an exotic shorthair that would shed if I just looked at her let alone give her little pet. I used this comb on her for three days in a row for about ten minutes each day. It pulled out so much hair and now maybe one or two hairs come out when I pet her. I can tell she’s happier too.
-
Daffy Du –
New twist on flea combsRated 4 out of 5I use a spot treatment on my cats to prevent fleas, even though they’re indoor only, but I have LONG history of using flea combs before spot treatments became available. My preference is to use the double-toothed kind, which traps the fleas most effectively, but I do like this comb, with the self-cleaning mechanism. The teeth are very long, which is useful for long-haired cats.
I’m less clear on the purpose of the second comb in the set, which has long and short tines that must be for de-matting and such–again mainly of use with longhaired cats.
The quality seems decent, and while I’m not sure I’d buy these (as opposed to receiving a set to review), for the right cats, they’re probably a good choice.

Great For Foxtail and Burr RemovalRated 5 out of 5Although these brushes are primarily advertised for flea removal and shedding, I primarily use them to remove those pesky foxtails from my pets’ fur. We have a few indoor-outdoor cats that were converted from feral, and we live on a large farm.
Foxtails and goat heads are among the most troublesome aspects of spring and summer. Foxtails can cause significant issues, and cats cannot remove them alone. The arrow-like shape of the foxtail tends to navigate through their fur and embed itself in their skin.
These combs have effectively removed outdoor debris from their coats without any issues. We’ve also been using them on our dogs, as they glide effortlessly through the fur and effectively remove unwanted hair, weeds, and burrs.
They are lightweight, easy to use, and feature a self-cleaning mechanism activated by a simple button press. This product offers excellent value since you receive two combs in a sturdy plastic storage case at a very reasonable price. They can be cleaned in water without rusting, and the convenient button allows you to remove fur and debris from the comb in one quick step.

A bit better than expected.Rated 5 out of 5Good Value. They included a plastic storage case. I was expecting something a bit cheaper and flimsier for the price they were selling for, but these feel fairly sturdy. They are lightweight, but not flimsy. The comb teeth and handle feel strong, I wouldn’t expect those to break very easily. The button to clean the combs teeth works smoothly enough to push the hair off. It is spring loaded, so the button pulls itself back in place, that could be a possible failure point in the future, works well now though. I tried both combs out on some of our cats. They are a bit bulky for small animals, sometimes you need a smaller comb for use around the face and head. These may be better suited for combing larger dogs. But they did work well for our cats. I got lots of hair off our longhair who is starting to shed. It was much easier to clean the hair off these combs than it was with the old brush. Our cats don’t currently have fleas, so I’m not sure how effective they’ll be at catching fleas. The spacing between the teeth of the yellow comb looks about like the spacing of one of our old flea combs that always works well, so the yellow one should work well for fleas.

flea removing combs for petsRated 5 out of 5These 2 packs of metal tooth combs are good for removing fleas and small debris from pets fur which can be used on the following animals but not limited to bunnies, dogs, cats. Removes brush and fleas that get stuck deep into the fur, with is combed out using the closer tooth comb before going over the areas of fur with the larger wider tooth comb. Wider tooth comb works best with long curly fur than the thinner tooth comb, both of these flea hair grooming tools are easily cleaned the button on the back of each of these combs push hair and the bugs out of the comb so have hot soapy water next to you to put them in.

Good comb for kitty -- the push feature isn't useful.Rated 4 out of 5So far, I have only been using the yellow comb, so cannot say much for the green one yet.
– Not sure how good it is for catching fleas because I could not find any fleas on kitty, but it combs out fur and some dirt too. I expected the comb teeth to be closer together and thus to be able to catch fine furs better, but may be that would have hurt the cat if it was any tighter…not sure.
UPDATE: The pushing feature works better now, especially after more build up of fur. I have been using some grooming gloves and then use this comb to collect the fur the gloves loosened up. There is a buildup of fur when that happens, and the push button works well to push the fur forward.
– [This part here has been updated — see above paragraph for the latest] The press button to push off the fur that you comb is useless in my opinion because it did not push the fur out — I remove it by hand every time. This could be because my cat’s fur isn’t thick enough; however, even when the fur builds up from combing, the push feature doesn’t push any fur out, so I just remove it by hand every time. Manually removing the hair doesn’t bug me though and, for the price point, I think the comb is good value for money. But if you have a deep desire for the push button function to work well for you, it could work for a WHOLE bunch of thick cat fur, though I cannot verify since it hasn’t worked for me.
Overall, I would buy again, especially for getting two combs and for the basic cat combing needs I have.

Flea and Face CombsRated 4 out of 5This set of combs is a nice quality and value. You get two; a yellow one and a green one. These combs are well made with teeth that are particularly close together, making it very effective for flea combing. They are also great for the face of your dog and do a great job getting into those small spaces. Great for cleaning out eye “boogers”. Each comb has a button that pushes the hair to the end of the comb making it easy to clean out. They are easy to handle, although I do prefer combs without handles better. Just my opinion. But these work really well and are comfortable to use. This is a nice set and a good value. It is worth giving them a try.

These combs are great. They’re sturdy and larger than most, but the best part is the button that pushes all the fur off of the comb.
